Achieving Work and Family Harmony With Ella George-Uduku Harmonized Podcast, Africa Business Radio, Ella George-Uduku, Nkem Offonabo, Work and Life Harmony

In this maiden edition, we will focus on the deliberate practices to optimize Performance, Productivity & Profitability across the 12 Critical Areas of Life. My experience as a Work-Life Harmony Coach has revealed that the workplace and by extension the society is getting more complex with the ever-changing nature of work, coupled with the employer’s unending quest for maximum revenue and profit, the increasing pressures we put on ourselves to meet and exceed these expectations; the majority of busy professionals and entrepreneurs have neglected or relegated to the background, other critical dimensions of life. As a result, they get overwhelmed and burned out because they are unable to harmonize these critical areas of life. How then can an employer really achieve the best results when its core asset – the people are not living fully optimized lives?

Ella George-Uduku is also known as The Bridge-Builder. She is a Strength-Based Business Strategy Consultant and the Managing Partner at Hillbridge Consulting. She provides consulting and advisory services to visionary entrepreneurs and helps businesses develop superior strategies to increase their revenues and profits. We will be discussing the Topic, Achieving Work and Family Harmony.
